About Director

The firm is led by a Managing Director with extensive hands-on experience in the catering and hospitality industry, providing strong leadership, operational excellence, and consistent growth to Diamonds Fort Caterers. His deep understanding of large-scale food production, hygiene standards, and event execution has helped the company earn lasting trust and a strong reputation in the market. He is a Diploma holder in Hotel Management.

He has rich international exposure with professional experience in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (KSA), and Qatar, where he gained strong expertise in high-standard hospitality and catering operations. In India, he has worked in Mumbai and Madhya Pradesh, building solid experience in large-scale food service management. He later established himself in Kerala, where he gained over 5 years of experience with a reputed catering firm, along with additional hands-on experience through his own catering operations, further strengthening his fine-dining and event catering expertise.

In addition to operations, he possesses strong expertise in marketing, administration, public relations, and production management, making him a complete all-round professional in the catering business.

The company is financially stable and independently strong, owning adequate movable and immovable properties, ensuring long-term sustainability and reliability. With a strong commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction, the Managing Director continues to guide the organization toward higher standards and greater success.

DFC also owns a self-transport system, ensuring timely and safe food delivery anywhere across the state. We undertake all kinds of functions, including weddings, receptions, corporate events, festivals, and private parties. Our maximum one-day production capacity is up to 20,000 people.
